Mon job ? Je transforme le bazar numérique en symphonie organisée. En clair : je fais en sorte que les outils digitaux, les informations, les équipes et les utilisateurs et utilisatrices communiquent et se comprennent enfin.
Je suis digital product owner et cheffe de projet, experte en gestion de l’information : je traduis le jargon technique en actions concrètes, je fais en sorte que les sites, intranets et bibliothèques SharePoint servent à quelque chose (et pas juste à décorer), et je m’assure que tout le monde parle la même langue.

Formation & Communication
Le mode d’emploi que tout le monde comprend ? C’est moi qui l’écris. Je crée de la documentation technique adaptée aux publics, des supports diverses de formation (vidéo, docs, audio, …) et j’organise des conférence ou des webinaires.
