Product Management
In my 12 years at the International Committee of the Red Cross, I was in charge of overseeing the implementation and management of four information and knowledge management applications, including the intranet and the search engine.

I was responsible for leading the evolution of functional aspects for all internal staff, as well as providing guidance and support in using the applications, identifying new opportunities for improvements and facilitating solution deliveries.

Project Management
In my hybrid role as Product Owner/Project Manager, I have successfully led projects in accordance with the Agile methodology. My first « significant » project involved the overhaul of the intranet, encompassing both the front-end and back-end.

One other project entailed a change to the content management system (CMS), which included the migration of content, the preservation of data and change management.

Knowledge & Information Management
I design solutions for organizing information and knowledge from various sources.

I provide users with support in the creation and management of resource centers and information architecture, enabling the effective organization, storage and retrieval of information and knowledge.

I share best practices in indexing, searching and publishing content (articles, data from BI tables, interactive maps, photos and videos).

Training and Communication Designer
I am pleased to have had the opportunity to develop training materials, including documentation and videos, on information and knowledge management tools.

In addition, my role involves organizing both face-to-face and remote training sessions, as well as drafting technical documentation for support teams. I also conduct workshops, seminars and change initiatives.​
